We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed via our website promptly. Orders are shipped from the UK and estimated delivery times refer to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
2. Processing Time

Orders placed before 12 pm (UK time) on a business day will usually be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12 pm, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, processing may take up to 2 business days. If additional delays occur, we will notify you.
3. Shipping Regions & Options

UK (including Northern Ireland): We provide tracked deliveries via our partner carrier(s).

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands: Delivery times may vary.

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched:

Standard UK: 2-4 business days

Remote UK locations: 3-7 business days

Express/Next-Day: Next business day (when ordered before the 12 pm cutoff, if this service is enabled)
Delivery times are estimates. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, customs (for international orders), or events outside our control.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If you notice an error after checkout, contact us immediately. Additional charges may apply if re-delivery is required.
6. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. Please use this to monitor your delivery. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
7. Packing & Damage
All items are carefully packed. If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and email us within 24 hours so we can assist.
8. International Shipping
