My oldest dog has some joint problems, so I have been trying him with supplements to help. These ones have been great. He loves the taste, so they work as a healthy alternative to treats. Time will tell how much they help but the ingredients are shown to be beneficial for joint health.
I got this joint supplement for my 6-year old Shih Tzu. In weeks of giving it to her, I observed that she's much energetic and playful. She likes it every time I give it to her, and even it doesn't have a strong smell. One thing that I just noticed is that every bite is brittle, it easily becomes powdery. At first, I thought I just got a defective one, yet in the succeeding bites, it's all the same. What I do is I just handle the bites very carefully. It's worth the price since it has 120 bites included in the tub.Overall, since my dog likes it, I would still give these supplements to her, especially she thinks it's a treat.
At first we had a bad start, my 7yr old staffy refused to take them, but after a little playing around, he eventually took it, and he's had 1 a day everyday since.. and just 2 weeks later he's jumping onto my bed with no effort,(which he was struggling to do) and he's back to doing zoomies around the garden again. Which were the 2 main issues we had before buying these chews. ... So definitely worth it. Also not sure if this is just a coincidence but a bald patch he's had on his back for quite a while has gone .
I bought this for my corgi because he had been moving a little stiffly. I began giving it to him and within about four days I could see a noticeable improvement — he’s more willing to go up and down the stairs and seems less hesitant on walks. He took it easily with his food and I didn’t notice any adverse reactions. It’s early days but so far I’m very happy with the results and would recommend it to anyone whose dog is a bit stiff or slower than usual. I’ll update after a few more weeks, but I’m impressed so far.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but these hip and joint chews honestly deserve one. My German Shepherd is 10 now and had started to slow down quite a bit — stiff when getting up and not as keen on walks. After about a week on these, I could actually see the difference in his walking and stance. He’s getting up much easier, seems more comfortable on his back legs, and even wants to play again. It’s such a relief to see him moving like his old self.He also loves the taste — no trying to hide them in food or treats, he just takes them straight from my hand. The tub lasts a good while too, so it feels great value for money.Honestly, if your dog’s starting to struggle with joints or stiffness, give these a go. They’ve made a real difference for mine.
